Ordering and terms of delivery
Amfora´s online store sells products from stock. The prices displayed on the web site include value added tax. Amfora reserves the right to sell all its stock which may affect the availability of individual products. If a product is not available, we will inform the buyer of unavailability as soon as possile on receipt of the order three days at the latest.
The cost of delivery is not included in the product prices. The total cost of delivery in Finland is € 8.00 per dispatch. If the payment term of the order is cash-on-delivery, the total delivery cost in € 12.00 per dispatch in Finland. Amfora retains ownership of the products until full payment is made. The products are provided with a 14-day replacement and money-back guarantee for returned products. A product is deemed to be duly returned when delivered to an Amfora office or when it is ready to be collected from the carrier by Amfora.
Amfora is liable for any damage to the product and related costs sustained prior to acceptance of delivery provided that such damage is not due to any delay on the part of the buyer. In case of damage, pleade contact us in a timely manner within two months of delivery. If the product is damaged in transit when returned, the financial responsibility will be borne by the buyer.
If any product is to be returned, pleade notify us in advance by e-mail at email@example.com. Amfora´s online sales are governed by Finnish law.
Methods of delivery in Finland
All orderds are delivered through Itella, DPD or Matkahuolto. When the product you ordered is ready to be claimed at a post office or Markahuolto service outlet, you will be notified by a text message. To be able to claim the parcel, you need proof of identify.
If you specify home delivery, indicate a phone number at which you can be reached during the day. Itella will contact you to agree on the exact date and time of delivery. You can also order the product to be delivered to an address other than your own, for example as a gift. If so, please indicate the delivery address and recipient´s phone number when placing the order.
Methods of delivery outside Finland
When products are ordered from outside Finland, we will deliver the products through a carrier unless the buyer indicates a more suitable alternative when ordering.
Products are delivered from stock within nine weekdays as of the date of receipt of the order. If the product is sold out, Amfora reserves the right to deliver the product as a back order, in which case the buyer may cancel the order free of charge by responding to Amfora´s back order notification. A back order means a delivery time exceeding nine days. A notification of any back order will be given to the buyer as early as possible within three days of the receipt of the order.
Payment with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
If you wish to make the payment with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Amfora will serve as a marketer and also deliver the products to the buyer. The foregoing terms of delivery will also apply. However, with card payments, the payment service provided will be Checkout Finland Oy which is responsible for forwarding the payment and refunds.

The payment and financing services related to payment through online banks is implemented by Checkout Finland Oy in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Checkout Finland Oy buys the payment transaction and credits it to the online store. From the user´s point of view, the system operates in the same way as ordinary online transactions.
